If it happens at all it will usually be noticed when you first install the garage door opener. This type of opener usually requires slightly longer presses before the opener activates.

Try reprogramming resetting all remote garage door transmitters. Now the e55 and overhead door opener are working. If all above test or check good then reset or reprogram your garage door opener. Quickly rush back to your car and press and release the homelink button you are programming a few times with slightly varying lengths until the opener activates.
